Autumn is the ideal season to explore the Charlevoix forest and discover its edible riches. The Forêt Gourmande workshop, offered by GUEPE (Groupe uni des éducateurs-naturalistes et professionnels de l'environnement), invites you to an interactive experience that combines games, hands-on activities, and tastings.

Accompanied by a naturalist guide, you will learn how to identify the region's wild plants and edible mushrooms, how to forage responsibly, and how to cook them. A fun and informative activity that awakens the senses and provides a better understanding of the forest's hidden treasures. The workshop takes place at the Pavillon du Saint-Laurent in Baie-Saint-Paul, including a walk on the trails.
